Shipping policy

UK STANDARD DELIVERY (3-5 business days)

All our products are sourced from UK suppliers, to which some of our products are even manufactured and made in the United Kingdom. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

England, Scotland & Wales Deliveries Only. 

*UK Standard Delivery is £4.99 and any order over £50 is Free. 
Your order will be delivered by our suppliers via dedicated couriers.

Deliveries are aimed to be made within 3-5 business days (and after processing**) after you place your order.
Order tracking is available with your tracking Number(if available*) which is emailed to you, once processed and dispatched. 

**Orders placed after 13:00 (1pm) will be counted as the next working day and then the order processing starts.
We stay in contact with our suppliers via automated systems, which do take longer than usual to update back and forth. 

Unfortunately, we cannot process orders and/or deliver on bank holidays or Weekends (Saturdays & Sundays). In this instance, please expect your delivery on the next best suitable working day.


Order Tracking & Multiple Deliveries

Order tracking is available by logging into or creating a Shop Account or using your tracking number (*if available and indicated) with the third party associated courier delivery tracking system or by using our tracking page. 
You will otherwise get shipping and delivery updates with the email address you used to fulfil your order.  
You may also request for Order Updates via SMS, in choosing this option local phone charges may occur. 


Multiple Deliveries - Seeing as we work with different suppliers, please understand that if you purchase multiple items in one cart you may come across being given multiple tracking numbers and receiving more than one (1) delivery for your order. 
That being said though, you will still only be charged one (1) shipping cost. 


Republic of Ireland and/or Northern Ireland.

Unfortunately, at this moment, we cannot deliver nor take orders to the Republic of Ireland and/or Northern Ireland. 

Delivery Delays
Delays are inevitable and from time to time, expected. In circumstances such as bank holidays, national mournings, pandemics, seasonal peak sales or any other unforeseen matters that are out of control from the hands of Unfound Group or Cheeky Hour, our suppliers or any third-party contributors to cheekyhour.co.uk 
If any matters arise which we become aware of we will do our best to keep you, the customer/s, updated. 

Carbon Offset
We would lastly like to say that all our orders are Carbon Offset, we as a company dedicate a payment per order with through the Shopify Offset campaign and EcoCart, which is where you can make a donation directly towards your personal carbon offset.
